EAST LANSING, MI — Michigan State University is being fined 100-thousand-dollars for altercations following its game against rival Michigan. Videos showed two separate incidents of MSU football players appearing to attack Michigan players moments after their October 29th game.
The fine is the largest ever handed out by the conference. Seven Michigan State players are facing criminal assault charges, but have been reinstated to the MSU football program. One player, Khary Crump, is charged with a felony and remain suspended from football activties.
