EAST LANSING, MI — The restaurants along Grand River Ave. across from the MSU campus seem to come and go. As fast a one closes another opens. Now an Ohio-based fast-casual restaurant chain says it will be the next to open an eatery along the the main corridor that separates East Lansing from the MSU campus.
BIBIBOP Asian Grill is known for its Korean-inspired bowls is expected to open soon and become the restaurant chain’s first mid-Michigan location. The company’s branding says “healthy bowls, bold flavor.” The restaurant says it is 100% gluten free.
The new restaurant, which currently has three locations in the Columbus, Ohio area, is currently taking shape inside an empty building at 309 E. Grand River Ave. The Korean restaurant chain is also planning to open another location Canton, Mich.
