JACKSON, MI — The Consumers Energy Foundation is providing a 250-thousand dollar grant to Youth Services to provide skills development for nearly eight-thousand students in the Lower Peninsula.
It will be done through Youth Services’ Jobs for Michigan’s Graduates Postsecondary and Career Pathways Accelerator Initiative. It is one of the largest school-to-work systems for vulnerable young people in the U.S.
