LANSING, MI — A popular downtown Lansing restaurant is planning an expansion into neighboring East Lansing. La Cocina Cubana will open at 219 E. Grand River in East Lansing on Oct. 18.
La Cocina Cubana offers authentic Cuban cuisine including a variety of fresh foods such as sandwiches, empanadas, fried plantains, croquettes and other traditional Cuban dishes.
The announcement of the expansion to a second location was made by Downtown Lansing Inc., the downtown management agency dedicated to revitalizing downtown Lansing.
