EAST LANSING, MI — Michigan State University will celebrate Homecoming 2025 with a variety of activities for Spartans and community members this week. The festivities culminate with the Spartans playing UCLA at Spartan Stadium on Saturday at noon.
The homecoming parade is a beloved Spartan tradition that brings the community together for a celebration of pride and spirit. Experience the energy of the Spartan Marching Band, Michigan high school bands, MSU campus groups, community organizations, university leaders like Tom Izzo and of course, Sparty himself — Friday at 6:00 p.m. The parade works its way through downtown East Lansing and the MSU campus.
The Parade Grand Marshal for 2025 is hip-hop icon Paul Rosenberg. He’s a Spartan, American talent manager and former entertainment attorney from Detroit.
