LANSING, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration is confirming they are investigating two workplace deaths in the state in the past week.
The first was May 12th when a roofer died in Marshall, and a die setter in Howell was killed Monday.
The 26-year-old roofer fell headfirst from the garage roof to the concrete driveway on May 11th and died at the hospital the next day.
On Monday, a 34-year-old die setter died after being accidentally pinned between two dies.
Their deaths raise the workplace-related deaths in Michigan this year to 12.
