DELTA TOWNSHIP, MI — Eyde Development says it wants to rezone just over 53 acres on Lansing’s westide to build nearly 500 new apartments.
The property in question, which sits bordering South Marketplace Boulevard and West St. Joesph Highway, needs to be rezoned from office zoning to include multiple family housing.
The Eyde’s own the property that runs along Executive Court, which is a private road running east off South Marketplace Boulevard. The site is a mile south of Saginaw Highway and the popular Marketplace Blvd. development.
