LANSING, MI — Halloween is coming up fast. Most communities on Saturday plan to observe the more traditional 6:00 p.m.-to-8:00 p.m. window, including Lansing, DeWit, Holt, Delta Township, East Lansing and Grand Ledge. However, there are exceptions.
For instance, Leslie has hours set from 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m., Williamston has set trick-or-treat hours from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m., and Bath Township from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Safety experts say the kids wear bright colors of possible, or at least some reflective materials to stay visible.
